Description
Naruto characters again... aren't I getting predictable? This is inspired in part by Maldoror's great fanfic, possibly the best Lee-Gaara fanfic out there at the moment. It's not a scene from the fic per say but after reading it I am a true convert. <3
I'm getting quite obsessed with this messy dapple light effect thing
It's fast and easy and eee so much fun! XD I originally did it with more dramatic lighting, but after some fiddling I think the white-wash effect gave it a bit more calm and peacefulness. Possibly that was what I felt was wrong with the previous pic of the Uchiha brothers... hmm I should dump it back on Photoshop and twiddle with it.
Usual method, painter classic, photoshop 7.0, good ol' tablet.

They look a little younger in this that what they would have in the fic but it's a very cute and artistic piece. I have high respect for anyone who can make these kind of light effect. I can create realistic shadows but emphasising light is so difficult and it enhances the picture a great deal. You've done it marvellously^_^
